Welcome — I'm Sarah.
After sixteen joyful years as Founder and Executive Director of Music for Seniors, I’ve passed the baton — but I’m not retiring, I’m rewiring.
This new chapter is all about returning to my first love: music and creative light. Through songwriting, performing, and sharing stories that heal and uplift, I’m continuing the work that’s always called to me — to inspire others, especially older adults, to stay connected, expressive, and full of purpose.
We are all living works of art — our lives shaped by love, loss, laughter, and longing. When we lean into that flow of imagination and self-expression, something beautiful happens: we connect more deeply with ourselves, with one another, and with the divine spark that guides us.
