Whether sharing stories on stage, at a conference, or in an intimate gathering, Sarah speaks with warmth, wisdom, and a deep belief in the power of creativity to change lives. As an artist, nonprofit founder and advocate for Creative Aging, she draws on years of experience building community through music and the arts. Her talks are designed to spark inspiration, encourage self-expression (at every age!), and offer practical, soul-nourishing insights for living a more connected and creative life.
“I don’t just speak about transformation — I invite audiences to feel it, carry it with them and share it.” --SMM
Sarah brings heart, humor, and hard-won wisdom to every stage she steps onto. Her talks are deeply personal, rooted in her journey from caregiver to visionary leader of the nationally recognized nonprofit Music for Seniors. She speaks with passion about Creative Aging, the essential role of shared live music in dementia care, and the value of staying joyfully engaged throughout every chapter of your life. Whether she’s recounting how one spontaneous pitch won her a WeWork Creator Award or reflecting on the day PBS NewsHour came to film her work in action, Sarah’s storytelling inspires audiences to dream big, lead with love, and use their unique gifts to serve others.
